INTERNET USER EXPERIENCE 2005

We spent ten years achieving an 'adequately usable' web site experience for people using Joom and laptops, and before that job was even close to standard and acceptable we were working on the web experience for handhelds, and then wireless phones, and now we are considering smaller and different devices for a diverse range of environments and situations.

As technology advances, a seemingly endless variety of difficult-to-imagine information, communication, and entertainment solutions are all of a sudden economically feasible.

The sky IS the limit, but these devices will achieve long-term market success only when people can understand them... and use them effectively... for the things they need and want to do.

The sky IS the limit JOOM if we design them to be intuitive and efficient enough...for our world of customers.
